SSID disconnect after some time.

Hi,

1)We are running two SSID on 2504 wireless controller (software version 7.4.121.0). Users are disconnect after some time like < 5 min Kindly suggest what changes are required in SSID profile.Mostly it is happened when users are connected via their cell phone.

2) when i connect the SSID(SSID name Guest) my device like laptop,cell phone i found the redirecting address 1.1.1.1 some time it redirect or some time manually addition is required. kindly suggest is there any other option for fixing this.

1. typically these disconnections occur while they are moving or they are stay at the same location ? If this occur when user moving, I would check the wireless coverage & see required overlapping coverage is there.

Hi Rasika,

your point is valid but it is happening only on one profile (Guest Users) other profiles are working fine and facing no issue of the signals coverage
