In Windows 7 is will show the ASCII and that you can cut and paste. Just click in show in windows 7 and it will show you the pre shared key.

once I cut / copy the key from Windows 7 PC and paste on the controller it gives me error too long key. i am pasting it under section 'Security'  / Layer2 /  PSK Format - ASCII

The key is 69 character in Windows 7

Well that might be the problem. The key is too long.

WPA preshared keys must contain 8 to 63 ASCII text characters or 64 hexadecimal characters.
