SSID to redirect external web page

I want to advertise SSID with open authentication & redirect to a external web page. What is the best way to do it? Controller is 5500

Please advise

Thanks Rasika about  your valuable input. I want to redirect users to external web page ( this is the company web page). This is a temporary requirement & no need authentication at all no need to restrict any kind of traffic.   

Just need to create ssid with no authentication & straight a way redirect to company web page. I have 5 controllers  in my site & difficult to restart controllers. What is the best way  to implement this requirement.
