If your looking for a stand alone AP then look at these (802.11n):

1142
1260 - These require external antennas

The 3500's and 3600's are CleanAir and really isn't worth using these if you don't have a WLC.

Here is my 2 cents

supporting 15 concurrent users having features
- All AP's can support 15 users. Recommended is 25, but that varies depending on the applications that will run on the wireless.

Able to create 3 SSID
- Any of the access points can do this

Able to have Bandwidth Restriction on one SSID
- Autonomous APs can't do bandwidth restrictions. WLC's can rate limit on a per user/WLAN.

Able to create Guest SSID
- You can configure multiple SSID's but you will not have a portal page if that's what your looking for. A WLC allows for a portal page.

SSID should not be visible outside the office entrance ( can SSID coverage be controlled )
- TX power and data rates can help shrink a cell size down. You can not broadcast the SSID also if you want. The AP can't determine the outside.

Youtube should be disabled on Guest SSID
- You have to do this from a content filter or Firewall.

Thank You Scott

I don't know your budget but search online. Some are selling the 2504 WLC for under $500.00.
