To what extent does the AIR-CT2504 controller support 802.11ac wave 2 features of the 1800 and 2800 series access points. Is MU-MIMO supported? Is the 2.34 Gbps PHY rate supported? Are the 80-80 and 160 MHz channel width selections available? What controller does fully support 802.11ac wave 2?

Depends solely on what version the WLC is running on.  8.2.151.0 or 8.3.112.0 will support, not just the APs, but also the features you've mentioned.
