hello can any body tell me what is the default switching method in 3750 and how can we confirm and which one is the most appropriate for wireless cctv network

Hi store and forward is the default method on the switch , it should work fine for cctv , what you want to look at to ensure good service even if the switch is heavily utilized is prioritize your cctv traffic with qos to ensure no breaks video traffic
