The SSID was not displayed on the user phone or wireless laptop.

I set up the WLAN on the equipment of cisco wireless 2802e, but there was a problem that the SSID was not displayed on the user or wireless laptop.

What antenna is installed? 

Is the AP running Mobility Express firmware? 

Is the SSID enabled?
