There are a few ways to achieve this:
Easiest is utilise a network management system like Cisco Catalyst Centre, Cisco Prime, Cacti etc.
The WLC will send a SNMP trap every time someone logs in and also enters config mode, however it wont let you know what was changed, you would need AAA accounting commands for that
Configure alerts for configuration changes
Other options
- Use the RADIUS/TACACS accounting to send alerts if config is changed
- Build a script to poll the config of the WLC and alert if there is a config change.
