1 ) If the power level set to fixed (for example 5 ) , after running tpc algorithm ,
what will happen to the power level of the AP


2 ) If the power level set to auto after running tpc algorithm ,
what will happen to the power level of the AP.

3)Please help me to understand ,how RRM reached a conclusion to choose based on the neighbour list populated
