Hi all,
I have 5520 WLC on code 8.5 with 3802, 2802 and 1552 AP models registered to it. Now, I need to add 9120 Aps to my network. Upon upgrade of 5520 WLC to 8.10 code, the existing 1552 Aps will not support the newer version. So, i am planning to use another spare 5520 WLC to exclusively use only for 1552Aps. Can two 5520 WLC with different version will cause nay issues with roaming? Is this a good design?

It will work.
The other option is IRCM image on the 5520 and migrate everything to the 9800 controllers
will allow you to get rid of the EOL WLC.
Depending on the number of 1552s you could just replace them
