Hi This is my problem.

I have two WLC, and I have a local netusers in one of the two WLC, and I want pass those usernames to the other controller, but i cant see the passwords of the netusers.

Jorge,

The WLC do not synch their databases. If you need that account in both WLC, you'll need to find out the password and out it in manually. You may want to look into purchasing WCS/NCS to be able to push templates to both WLC.

Now, you may be able to pull the password by issuing the command config password clear-text enable, and then doing a show run-config
