In our corporate environment we use Surface Pro 3 Tablets and have previously used the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapters in our TV's around the UK for our staff to project their Surface Pro screens.
After a recent rollout, we now use the Cisco VPN AnyConnect client (v4.x) for all of our remote connections (so when the surface pro 3 comes off Ethernet, it auto connects up - works great). However, this no longer allows the Surface Pro's to project their screen.....
What happens on the Surface Pro - as soon as you search for the Wireless adapter, the Cisco AnyConnect client dc's and reconnects, tries to connect to the display adapter and then just says "Couldn't connect".
Tested with a non-corporate Surface Pro 3 (out of the box) and works fine.....
Advice from MS is to check if we are using DNE's (Deterministic Network Enhancers) and disable these, but we do not seem to be using DNE's....
From cursory searches of the issue around various support sites, this is listed as a known issue, but I need to know if there is anything in the pipeline for a resolution to this issue, or a known workaround that I can try?
