unknown devices in Prime's unique clients report

Hello everyone,

1-When i generate a unique clients report on Prime, I do see lot of unknown devices beside the popular vendors apple, HP etc.

Is there a way i can find out what are those unknown vendors?

2-This report tells me about the vendor only - is there a way to break down further like whether the device is iphone or ipad etc ?

I will highly appreciate your support/help in this regard

Is there a way i can find out what are those unknown vendors?

You can update the OUI individually or update the OUI using a bulk upgrade (I'd prefer bulk upgrade).  

First, download the official OUI list (updated daily) from HERE.  Next, upload the file to Prime Infrastructure using THIS procedure.
