Unsupported Private Key File Format in ACS

I am trying to import a certificate into ACS issued by a Server 2003 Certificate Authority. When trying to import the private key, I get an "Unsupported Private Key File Format" message. The private key file has a .pfk file extension.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There should be no need to import a key file on the ACS; if you generate a CSR from within the ACS software, it saves its own private key for later use.
