I want to upgrade the WLC 5500 from 7.0.220.0 to 7.3.112.0, coul be any risk if i do the upgrade..?

If you're not looking for any new feature then stay on to latest 7.0 train, once an latest MR is out on 7.3/7.4 then jump to one of these.

Why not go to 7.4.100.X instead?
Save and backup your config BEFORE you upgrade the firmware.
Make sure you also upgrade the FUS.
