Upgrading WLC Questions

Currently we're on 4.1.185 and I'm looking to move us to 4.2.99.0 or 4.2.112.0, any recommendations on these versions? My main question however is the length of time, obviously there is the time involved in upgrading the controllers (3) 4404's, what is the average length of time for AP's to upgrade? Each of our controllers has about 60AP's each currently and being a Hospital it's difficult for us to drop our network for a length of time. Has anyone seen any improvements off of the newer version, if so what and what version are you running now? I appreciate any comments.

Thanks,

Raun

i'd suggest 4.2.112.0 since that's got some more fixes that are not in 4.2.99.0 (release notes can give you an idea of what's fixed). As far as the APs upgrading firmware, it usually takes 2-3 minutes per AP from personal experience. Also, fwiw, the controller can upgrade up to 10 APs simultaneously.
