User unable to hear from diferent WLC registered AP

Hi,

We have 2 WLC 4404 and 4402 .Currently around 115 Nos 1242 series AP is registered in both WLC .100 AP is in 4404 and rest in 4402 .Software Version 7.0.251.2 Emergency Image Version   5.2.157.0..We have Cisco 7921 ,7940 and 7911 phone.we have started the 4402 WLC recently with 15 Nos AP.Now we are facing the below mentioned problem

We are unable to hear the sound in call when one wireless phone registed with  AP of  WLC 4404 and one wireless phone registed with AP of WLC  4402. 

But at the same time when weireless pone user call to any wire phone user it's working fine.Both user are able to   hear.

 

Plase help me to resolve the issue.

Make sure the WLCs are in the same mobility group.  Make sure the mobility group shows up/up.

 

Are both WLCs in the same subnet?

 

Are you able to have a conversation when the phones are both on the same WLC?

The mobility group is same for for WLC and same subnet.

Cobversation is working fine when the the both phone are connected in same WLC.

Also make sure both WLC configured with same virtual IP address

Debabrata try the following if virtual ip didn't solve your issue.

 

1- Keep the Authentication/encryption open

2- Test making call using wireless clients on same WLC 4404 but on different AP

3-If above work then change the WLC but no WLC 4402 any other for testing purpose and test again
