Hello,
I'm setting up a wlc, but i only have 2 vlans, one for data one for voice.
So i have configured the 'data' wlan on the management interface and it's working fine ...
Is there any reason why this shouldn't be done ?
Cheers,
Jan.

No problem in using , but the management interface as the name idicates.. this passes the management traffic as well!! ading the client traffic as well may over burden the interface right??
here is the link which tells us wat all the management int does..
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/7.0/configuration/guide/c70mint.html#wp1117168
this is the reason!!

Right, but apart from the traffic load (I don't have that many clients, especially on the data network).
Is there any indication how much traffic 6 AP's would generate for their connection to the WLC?
