Since this is FlexConnect, you need to verify that the AP’s are in the correct FlexConnect group and that the trunk port is defined properly. I’m also assuming this was working before.

Hi,

First of all, thanks for your help. I'm adding a couple of screenshots of APs where you can see the flexconnect config. On one of this, users can connect to DATA and DATA_ normally but can`t do it at other.

Add screenshots of an AP that doesn't work normally

I see you are running a TAC/Beta release of the software 8.0.140.15. There would be the newer version 8.0.150.0 out: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn80mr5.html

Anyway, maybe it's an issue with the VLAN Mappings on the second screenshot, which could be wrong.

Hi Patoberli,

I can't see the issue with the VLAN Mapping. Sorry, I must be blind. Could yo be more specific?

Thanks for your help

Cheers

I can't see the issue myself, but I also don't know what would happen if you click on the VLAN Mapping button :)
I never used Flexconnect, so I don't exactly know what happens if you click that button.
Also, have you checked the switch configuration if the VLANs, where the clients will be put in, are actually allowed on the trunk? Also is it allowed on the uplink port?

I'm not sure but I think you were right. There were a tiny difference in the VLAN Mapping configuration. Add a screenshot with the new config. I'll make test and comment the results. I checked the trunks and are OKDifference.PNG
