Users not getting IP via DHCP configred in WLC

Hello All,

I have 1 WLC and 4 SSIDs are mapped with management interface. These 4 SSIDs are redirected towards 2 WLCs placed in DC using mobility controller. These 2 WLCs are acting as DHCP server as well however each WLC has different scope.

Recently I created new VLAN, However few users are getting IP but they are not able to browse.

When I checked logs in WLC placed at site found below logs. Strange thing  as per below logs users are getting Public IP as well - 48.0.49.0

but When I checked in connected client list there were getting correct IP but WLC to user link test also failed for users.

Other 3 SSIDs which are configured in same manner are not facing this issue.

Software version of WLC placed at site - 7.6.130.0

Software version of WLCs acting as DHCP server - 7.5.X

The wlc onsite. Is anchored to another WLC in the D.C. Make sure the wlan onsite is indeed anchored and up to the wlan in the DC. Make sure the wlc in the DCs WLAN is anchored to itself and pointed to the proper interface.

Thank you for reply. It is configured correctly.

i forgot to mention one thing that only few random user random device (laptop/ipad) are facing this issue.
