Users unable to get an IP

Hi Experts:

I have install an WLC9800L on VM. My SSID is broadcast but i am unable to connect with it. Please tell me what is the issue that my user unable to connect with it. AP model is 3802i

  - @hamza-ali  Start with a checkup & validation  of your  WLC9800L controller's configuration using the CLI command
                         show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer

I think i unable to feed the output.. is we can choose any alternate way to troubleshoot like on zoom meeting

  - @hamza-ali   Note that those kind of tasks are elementary if you want to  manage your wireless environment and or your wireless controller in a sufficient manner. If not then ask someone from the IT department to help you , ask help from a reseller or contact Cisco support. But foremost :
                            you must expand your knowledge so that you can execute that and similar tasks.
