Using 1200AP as Radius Server?

Currently we have several 1200ap's deployed using LEAP with only one Cisco ACS. Most of the AP's are in one building with the ACS on the same network. A few remote offices have only 1 ap which has to authenticate back to the central ACS which then has to validate the login credentials back to the local domain controller. Essentialy going roundtrip. Am I correct in understanding that I can setup the 1200 to serve as a local radius server and authenticate directly to the local domain controller and avoid this round about? Any links on how to configure this would be appreciated.

Hi,

You can only use local username and passwords when using a local radius server on an Access point.

See the following for further information
