Using CISCO ITP as a SIP-MAP Proxy interworking gateway

We are evaluating to use CISCO ITP as an interworking node for one of our projects where on one end it interfaces with the SIP/IMS world and on the other end interfaces with the legacy GMSC and HLR over MAP. Need some further information regarding that.
