Cable extensions depends on how long of an extension you need. You need to calculate the total EIRP required minus your cable loss, connector loss, and TX power. Either you will use LMR 400 or LMR 600, but many time it will be custom cable for the connectors required.

What are you trying to do or accomplish?
The longer the external antenna cable the LOWER signal strength.

Not trying to be rude here or something, but alot of the people who help by posting solutions are doing this during their free times. So this means that if you want to do something quickly then you need to raise a Cisco TAC case.

It's all about the length of the cable and type .. The cable specs will call ours your cable loss ..

Here is a good online calculator if you decide you want to extend your antenna cable.
