Hi,

We are running existing network Vlan with cisco catalyst C9130AXI-D in under WLC C9800 wireless controller.

we have connected 12 Airplay devices and all showing in SSID ABC at 1-12th floors.

I wanted that Airplay would be display assigned dedicated airplay device in particular floor.

We have airplay device for each floor different different.

Thank you Saikat for respond.

Suppose we define LSS service and tagged with AP but how we can tag airplay receiver device with particular location as per selection.

if you would like to reach out than please call or msg on 9569366185.

@Arun Yadav1 You need to review the link that @Saikat Nandy provided and find a way to test it yourself to make sure its working how you want it.  You can reference page 27 as an example using regex for ap names, if your floor is defined on your ap hostname.

Saikat ji have advised good solution but we not able to restrict location wise Airplay which streamers are connected via LAN.

Total we have Airplay streamer 10 nos and all connected with Server Room POE SW.

All connected in same VLAN.

Please advice.

LSS is only applicable for wireless service provider and receiver.

Hello,

With Wide Area Bonjour solution you can tag and build the the mDNS service-routing between Wired endpoints, i.e., Apple TV & target Access Point(s).

Unlike all other single WLC specific techniques, the Micro-Location based mDNS service-routing will provide Location-ID & Policy-Based mDNS service discovery and distribution.

You may refer to following guide for implementation :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/solutions/collateral/enterprise-networks/dna-service-for-bonjour-dg.pdf

Or other guides in following landing page:

thanks,

rahul.
