WCS 6.0.170 Linux - Client Event Summary Tag all numbers are 0

In WCS Client Alarm Summary Tag all related event types have 0 events. I know for a fact through syslog messages that I'm getting Client Association failures as well as authentication failures. Is this a WCS bug or I'm missing some WCS configuration???
