WCS Hostname Change

We currently have a WCS-100-Plus license for our WCS server.  We are being bought by another company and they are requiring us to rename all of our servers.  I know the WCS license is tied to the hostname of the server.  Where/Who/What do I need to do to get the new license?

You can find information on rehosting the license, or get a case open to do this.
