I have WCS version 4.2.62.11, upon creating temporary guest accounts what is the difference between using 'Local Net Users' vs. 'Guest Users' feature. I look under both and they each have the same guest accounts I have created. Which is the Cisco standard best practice to use for creating temporary guest accounts and which should I use for creating permanent user accounts?

Guest users are the users that will connect on your guest WLAN (or SSID). It's a WLAN where web-auth is enabled.
Can you paste a screenshot of where you see the local net users?
Local management users are for loggin in WCS / WLC.
