A few questions....
the full version of WCS, the full version of Linux?
The CPU & Ram of the server.
Have you read the release notes for the version of WCS you are on?
Link for 5.2.130.0 http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/wcs/release/notes/WCS_RN5_2MR05.html
Shows server requirements & caveats
Are you running it on a vm? what else are you running on the server?
Are you monitoring the server to make note of cpu, memory & swap usage over time?
Is the underlying OS kept current with patches?
have someone who has some unix/linux knowledge assist you with top & sar commands on the command line.
Chances are you have an underpowered server and/or a memory leak condition either with WCS or the base operating system
