WDS Access Points

Good morning,

I'm having more and more difficulties to find AP models that actually have an ios supporting WDS

All my models are now EoL, and Cisco advice to replace them with 1800/2800 series

The fact is these series are dealing with Mobility Express, I can't use them with my existing topology

Can anyone here confirm me if WDS is still an existing "topic" on Cisco APs ?

Or is Cisco kindly advising us to stop WDS technology for ME ?

cisco is going away with Autonomous AP deployments & alternative is ME.

Why ME is not fit in to your topology, would you be able to explain your requirements bit more detail

Good morning Rasika, Thank you for your answer. The reason is, Cisco best practices is to have only one of this kind of controller on the same net/subnet, while I would need to have a lot (because of my topology). Time to re-think this topology!

If you have different L3 networks, see if Cisco 3504 WLC fits in.
