In web-auth redirect to external page case, on that page I have a link back to "http://1.1.1.1/login.html". When the user clicks that link it goes back to the redirect page again instead of authenticating the user. I understand that credentials have to be passed back to the controller from the external page for authentication, but I want no authentication, just the splash page. I changed the authentication mode to passthrough, but it still won't work. Is there some special URL variable I have to pass back in the "http://1.1.1.1/login.html?x=y" url to get the user authenticated?

looks like it's:
http://1.1.1.1/login.html?buttonClicked=4
Strange that there isn't any documentation for this anywhere?

Hi Roman
Great question. I am not aware of a fix for this.

I got it to work with "http://1.1.1.1/login.html?buttonClicked=4"
