Creating a OpenSSL certificate 3rd Party request on release 8.2   . Can I be done through CLI of controller or do you still have to use openssl-0.9.8k_WIN32.

You can do both but on the WLC you need to be on a later code. Using OpenSSL seems to be the easiest way from my experience.
