Does Web Authentication work with H-REAP?
We have a WLC 4402 with the latest flash.

Hi Kendo,
When HREAP AP moves into standalone mode which means when controller is unreachable for 802.1x or web-authentication WLANs, existing clients are not disassociated, but the hybrid-REAP access point stops sending beacons when the number of associated clients reaches zero (0).
It also sends disassociation messages to new clients associating to 802.1x or web-authentication WLANs.
So when controller is reachable no problem if your WLAN is configured for local switching but incase if controller in unreachable your existing clients will keep associated and pass data but new clients will not join.
