I am having the 4402 wireless lan controller running with 7.0.116.0 code and LAP 1250 and WGB 1250. I configured the WGB AP with the mobility fine tuning commands. But sometimes the WGB and its clients cannot be pingable. If we trying with console , from the dot11 associations we can see that its already connected to the parent and dot1radio is up. Did any one come across with the issue and whats the solution.
