Hi Guys,
What Cisco AP model (incl. antenna type as well) would you recommend to use for a warehouse indoor / outdoor deployment?
Requirements:
802.11n
indoor: full warehouse coverage
outdoor: 1 lane for forklifts around the building to be covered
Environment:
temp 0C - 50C
dust
I`m thinking of Cisco Aironet 1530 or Cisco Aironet 3700 w/ external antennas
Thx in advance,
A

In situations like this doing an site survey is critical, at least if you want to do it right. If you have never done an site survey yourself or you just don't have the right tooling, I highly recommend you to get someone doing it for you.
You need to consider that the weakest client is leading, so If you want to use your network for voice for example keep that handset (and its band & TX power) in mind. Keep the antenna as close a possible to the client but in a place with clear line of sight and where it is safe). And there are a lot of other things to think of as well...
With the information above back in your mind, I can tell you that I personally have good experience with 2700's in NEMA boxes with 2524,2544 and 2566 antenna's in similar environments. There are also some other topics on the forums where Scott tells something about his previous deployments (but with the same disclaimer as I did).

● Nonoperating (storage) altitude test: 25˚C, 15,000 ft.
● Operating temperature: 32° to 104°F (0° to 40°C)
● Operating humidity: 10% to 90% percent (noncondensing)
● Operating altitude test: 40˚C, 9843 ft.
Cisco Aironet 3700e/3700p
