i dont think there is full name of XOR..its called Flexibale Radio.
what is XOR radio ?

FRA is core Algorithm added to Cisco’s Radio Resource Manager (RRM) to collect the measurements and manage the hardware used to determine the role the new flexible radio will play in your network.

Hi,
Almost all old access-points where simply "dual-band" which means dedicated radios for 802.11b/g/n and 802.11a/n/ac. Because the 802.11b/g/n has a limited set of usable channels available it is not uncommon to disable 802.11b/g/n radios in high density deployments. With the newer APs(2800 and 3800) we can use that second radio as a additional radio for 802.11a/n/ac instead of just disabling it. If used correctly this can give you more capacity.
With the addition of the Flexible (XOR) radio in the slot0 position - we now have the ability to operate a single radio interface in many of the previous modes. There is no longer a need to place the whole AP into a MODE. When we apply this concept at the single radio level, we will refer to this as a ROLE.
check point 2:
