What Security Method to use - TACACS+ or Radius

I am new to the Enterprise Level WLAN world. I have done alot of research but I need some information from those who are experienced.

I am tasked to put together a WLAN for a client. Security is paramount because it is a government institution. I know the authentication methods that I want to use but as far as AAA Servers go, is it best to use Radius or TACACS+?

I have experience with both (IAS and CSACS-NT) and I find that TACACS+ has better Authorization and Accounting Features when using Cisco Products.

I will be using a Cisco 1200 Access Point and Proxim Orinoco Silver Cards (802.11g).

For basic AAA I would use TACACS+. If you plan to use the WLSE and WDS you will need to use RADIUS for WDS to WLSE authentication.
