When I do not use my iphone for few minuts lost connection

Hi

Please help me,

I  connecte to my wireless network (SSID), I have internet.

I connect with my iphone 5 to SSI but when I do not use my phone and then 10 minuts i checking connection I do not have connection, and in those 10 minutes do not receive notifications, whatsapp, facebook, email anothers.

I think is when my iphone is stanby but i need to resolve this problem

I connecto to Access point model 3602i, controller 5508.

On the wlc there is a idle session timer . It's called idle timeout. Default is 300 seconds. You can increase that value ..

Keep in mind the I devices when they sleep will send a dissociation frame .
