Whitelisted devices

Hey Meraki Community,

I am having an issue with some devices that I whitelisted for a specific SSID. I have this SSID advertised at several facilites, and have group policies that block all access except for the whitelisted devices. This was working, but it seems that these devices are now getting removed from the network. Looking for pointers on how to enable these devices again, and have them connect to my advertised SSID again. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try changing the view to "All clients with a policy".

Sadly, it is not the view. I can see that the devices have been white listed, but for some reason, the devices have been removed form the network.
