Why can't assing 10.10.10.222 IP address to Cisco 1850 Mobility Express Controller?

I had some problems to configure the 1850 ME until I've selected one address in 192.168.1.0 network. Then everything it's easy.

But my customer gave me this address to put the AP Controller in her network: 10.10.10.222 and when I put:

and when I press Apply I get:

Can your try via CLI?

config interface address management 10.10.10.222 255.255.255.0 10.10.10.1 (assuming 10.10.10.1 is your gateway).

Not solved.

When I execute the sentence you wrote:

#config interface address management 10.10.10.222 255.255.255.0 10.10.10.1

yes, was running, but when I restarted the device the old 192.168.1.28 address apears in:

#show interface summary

and no answer from ping or https

There some way to keep, save, remaind,.. the address IP?

Hi,

Did you type in 'save config' and confirm after you applied this setting? There's no reason for it to drop the config if you did do that.
