The reason can be that number of wireless session are restricted on the wifi device and when the session are full then no one else gets the connected

Might be the session limitation or Interference or Router IOS issue.

Needs to check the logs for clarifying the problem and to check why clients are not getting associated.

Are your clients getting the proper signal when they are not getting associated?

You haven't provided information.

What is the model of your router?
Have you tried upgrading the drivers to your Wireless NIC?
