Hi,
I have installed a few WLAN sites. A number of customers keep complaining that the wireless connectivity drops at times (not most of the times). It drops and then it connects back in 5 seconds.
I really don't know what are the reasons since the configuration is pretty standard.
Can anyone tell me why this 'phenomenon' keeps happening to Cisco Aironet APs? Can it be that the bandwidth is exhausted at certain time?

These kind of problems can be caused by the issues below
Firmware and driver problems
Software configuration problems
RF impairments, including antenna and cable problems.

Hi,
Thanks. I'll go thru the doc and understand it. Good advice.
