Not sure if right section. Maybe someone can help. Our office is located in a basement. No cell service so we rely on Wifi Calling. We have iPhones. 7-Xs All on iOS 12 etc. Wifi calling stopped working. Our ISP and company that manages our switches can't find what's wrong. Even had our ISP bump me to the top and allow me full access to everything and allow any port out on my IP (school network.). Even changed to were my external IP goes out different and it will not work! I downloaded Hotspot Shield and wifi calling works instantly! Wifi calling ports are allowed on our Firewall, no ACLs, but it will not work! Anyone have any ideas? I know its not my phone or Verizon because Wifi calling works on every other network. ATT wifi calling isn't working either. Even where our ISP is housed wifi calling works for them. Im truly stumped! Cisco Flex 7500 w/ AIR-CAP1702I-A-K9 APs.

Our AP uptime is 63 days
Our 7500 uptime is 63 days
Firmware: 8.2.170.0
I don't think its a matter of restarting because WiFi Calling doesn't work at any of our 14 locations. It worked Oct 1 - 4. Then stopped. No changes were made during that time to any of our switches or firewalls. It just baffles us.
