Wifi network painfully slow

Hi board i have a 2802 AP running Mobility Express (8.7.106.0) and have a 3702 AP (8.7.106.0). They are connected to a cisco 2960-s 48 port POE+ switch. If i do a speed test on a device on the LAN i get 350Mbps all day. If i'm on the wifi network i seldom get around 150ish but mostly under 60Mbps and lately under 10Mbps. Most of the times when i move to the other end of the house my device will have full bars but will timeout because of no Internet. I've invested soo much time and research into this and in trouble shooting i'm just discouraged and at a loss. I've gone through the Best Practices and the only thing i dont have checked is Radius settings and WLAN Configuration (pic 1) its doesnt offer much info for a fix (pic 2) .

Here are some details of the controller (pic3), ap (pic4) and switch ports (pic5)

Those best practices doesn’t always make sense in some deployments. There are best practices there that many don’t enable or choose to use.

ok thanks

You can safely ignore those two recommendations. Only needed for specific Apple scenarios.
