Hi
We have few user having very low signal strength on the devices, and few users next to him on same floor they have good signal, we have the proper signal strength and good amount of AP. WLC is 9800 what is causing this issue

What firmware is the controller on?
What model of the APs?
What kind of client are the "few users" are using to see this behaviour?
