Hola,
We have a 9800-40 WLC wherein more than 150 sites are configured.
One of the sites has recently started facing WiFi slowness, and they would like to have a WiFI utilization report for the last one month. Can we download a report of this type from the WLC?
Thank you

- Not directly as such but there are a few resources which can be useful to examine :
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/217738-monitor-catalyst-9800-kpis-key-performa.html#toc-hId--940480618
+ Have a checkup of the 9800-40 controller configuration , using the CLI command show tech wireless
and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
Use the full command denoted in green, do not use a simple show tech-support for this procedure.
From the resulting Excell look for instance at reports in the RF tab, other advices will also be very useful
concerning optimizing the controller's configuration!

There is no such utilization report that you can get from controller. However if your WLC is added to CatC or Prime, you can generate a report.

Not without CPI or DNAC.
Start the basic troubleshooting with the following commands:
sh ap summary load-info
sh ap dot11 [2ghz | 5ghz] cleanair device type all
sh ap name <NAME> auto-rf dot11 [2ghz | 5ghz]
Is this a brand-new site?
Does this site have "smart" lighting?
Does this site have "motion sensors"?

In DNAC, check Reports > Report Templates and see if one of those pre-defined one meets your requirement.
