Before I go purchasing new stuff I need to know if this will work.
I have 12 1130ag's in a building being managed by a 2100 wlc.
We're thinking of replacing the 1130's with the 2602. Will the 2602's work with a 2100?
We also have a 2504 that can have more licenses added if needed.

no that wouldn't work.
You need to run 7.3 to support the 2600 AP, and the 2106 can't run that code.

the 2504 will work just fine. 7.3 Code supports both the 1130 and the 2602.

Correct me if I am wrong then... I see
"Cisco 2500 Series Wireless LAN Controllers" listed and not listed under the will not work section.
So the 2602's can work if we ditch the 2100 and have them managed by the 2504 WLC?
Currently the 2504 is managing 15 1130ag's. Will the 7.3 for the 2602 mess up the 1130's forcing to change all 1130's or can we manage a replace without doing them all at once?
