Windows 7 connect WLAN via 802.1x failed

I use laptop which it is running windows 7 Professional. I want to connect my laptop with campus WLAN which it is need authentication using AD account via 802.1x through ISE. But windows 7 client always failed. What should I do?

check on ISE logs for failed client. It will give some hint why it is failing

If you have WLC CLI access, you can do "debug client <mac_address>". That also provide some information on why client device is failing
