windows server running WCS crashed after update

We installed SP2 and some other updates on our Windows 2003 server that was running our WCS. Has anyone had a problem like this. I do not know what the updates were as I am not admin for that box. I can find out if need be. These would be the most recent updates, though.

We have Winodws Service Pack 2. We have not seen such problems. Probably try to uninstall and reinstall it. Try installing it as a application rather as a apllication.By default it is installed as Service. It might contradict cisco's recommendation but it worked for us. But the only difference is you will have to start the service manaully and have the window minimzed each time you restart the service.
