I have Air-cap 1602E-A-K9.
How can I change standalone mode?
I don't have wireless controller.

Yes, you can convert it to an autonomous AP, however you need to download the autonomous image for a Air-cap 1602E-A-K9.
I believe you can only download the needed image from Cisco's support/ download center and you need to have a CCO account that has rights to download the software. If you are an end user/home/business, you may be able to contact Cisco directly and they may be able to help you out.
Worth a try. A Link to Cisco's contact info is below.
